What is it?

Maggie is a robot. Maggie is named after Maggie Simpson.

Hardware

The frame is made from aluminum profiles. These profiles are glued together with special metal glue. On each corner of the frame a motor is mounted, each motor has each own gearbox. There is no special steering, but I use a tank way of steering. This makes the turning circle very small. Further the frame contains:

• A selfmade 12V 2500mA NiMH battery pack.
• My own Motor driver.
• An I2C util board ( to be described).
• A dual 5V 1A switching power supply.
• An embedded master development board from GHI.
